We at Safe Green Mining Technology are providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that we receive through our Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Safe Green Mining Technology  Terms of Service (the “Terms”). 2. How do we use your information

This Privacy Policy covers all personal information about you that we collect, use and otherwise process in connection with your relationship with Safe Green Mining Technology as a customer or potential customer. We will share your information with Google, Linkedin, and Our other service providers. We will provide these third parties with certain categories of your information including email addresses, contact information, mailing addresses, gender. In some cases, we may share your information with these parties for direct marketing purposes. Please note that we do not have access to the credit card or other sensitive financial information. Please refer to the privacy policies and other terms of these financial providers for information on how your information will be used.

Safe Green Mining Technology retains the Personal Information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16 years of age, and Absolute Pashmina does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent’s permission to access the Services. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at [email protected]. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 16, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
